Part Approval Process

    For either custom molds or molding project, part approval is a must-do process. The
    following is our part approval procedure for mold making project.
    1. Inviting Customer for On-site Inspection
    We will inform you of the Trial Run date so that you can decide if you can come for
    on-site inspection. If you like, we can adjust the trial date in your favor so that you 
    can come at your convenience.

    2. Samples Submission
    If you are present, we will check samples together for function, aesthetics and dimensions. 
    Or, if you are not present, we will send you samples by express service immediately
    after trial run.

    3.  Inspection report
    We will inspect samples on aesthetics, dimensions and, if requested, function on our
    side immediately we get samples. As a result, inspection report will be produced to be 
    submitted to you by E-mail.

    4. Molding Setup Record & Video
    A molding setup record will also be submitted to let you know the setup condition in trial run.
    And, if you are not present for trail run, a 5-minute video will be supplied to let you know on-site
    condition.

    5. Modification & Improvement
    We will make improvement if defects are found and do modifications if you want some changes
    on original design.

    6. Part Certification
    Together with samples, we will attach a Part Certification Form for your feedback. We will never
    stop improving or modification until your feedback shows that you are satisfied.

    7. PPAP, Control Plan Inspection, SPC Inspection
    If you like, we are also ready to conduct other qualification processes such as PPAP, Control
    Plan Inspection, SPC Inspection, etc.
