To ensure you can get up-to-standard molds, we will
spare no effort to achieve thorough understanding on
your requirements and produce the most suitable
design.
Before Mold Design
As a responsible mold maker, we will verify your part
design beforehand. Besides un-moldable features, we
will also pick out any details which may need fragile
steels and complicated structures. At the same time,
we will communicate with you for a thorough
understanding on your requirements on both molds
and products.
Mold Design
We have enough competent mold designers in-house,
who have good commands of widely-used software.
Their ability and experience guarantee the quality of
the design.
Customer Approval
We are supposed to submit 2D drawing and, if
requested, 3D model for inspection. We will adopt
useful suggestion and discuss uncertain points
with you. This process will help us clarify all details.
No steel will be cut before your approval.
