--Both Plastic injection molds and die casting molds
Having established stable working relationship with domestic
customers, we put our eyes into overseas market. To some
extent, we succeed. Custom molds for export takes up more than
25% of our sales volume. Up to now, we have established our own
overseas department which consists of Sales Coordinator, Sales
Engineers. They work closely with our engineers, designers and
production staff to meet even the most challenging demands
from our customers. However, to begin with, our transactions with
overseas customers were done through agents. They introduced
customers to us, tell us what customers need and teach us how to
meet customers’ requirements. Thanks to their assistance, we get
to know how to deal with overseas customers.
Thorough understanding on requirements is essential to success
Most Chinese mold makers cherish their reputation, eager to
establish stable relationship with their customers. However, we
can’t deny the existence of some horror stories, maybe in our
area, about tooling sourcing from China. Why? Misunderstanding
is the curse. Thus, we attach big importance to communication
with our customers. We have sales coordinators and sales
engineers with good English proficiency to keep barrierless
communication with our customers.
On time delivery is our competitive edge
Tens of thousands kilometers away from us, it is justifiable that you
fear we may miss you deadline on delivery. As a responsible mold
maker, we spare no effort to achieve just-in-time delivery. In our
quotation list, we will specify the tooling lead time for your
consideration. And, just before cutting steel, we will submit tooling
schedule so you can check it against our weekly status report to
watch every stage is on schedule. |
