Project Management                
--Teamwork from Concept to Delivery

At Haida, we have established a mature and effective Project Management system. 
Each project will go through an established procedure under time frame laid by 
our Tooling Schedule. We take each project as teamwork participated by Team 
Leader, Project Coordinator, Sales Coordinators, Designers and Engineers, QC,
etc. They work closely to complete even the most challenging projects.

Project Plan
Team leader will hold a meeting to make a project plan at the beginning. Project
Coordination Job is passed on from one department to another automatically 
according to the established project plan. Project coordinator will be appointed
to watch over and coordinate the execution of the project plan and record the 
status. Whenever change is needed the project coordinator will be present and
whenever important decision needs to be made the team leader will come out.

Coordination with Customers
Our ales coordinators for overseas business must have engineering background
in addition to a good command of English to keep perfect communication with
overseas customers. Generally, we will invite you to be present in our meeting at
your convenience. And, in any case, you are supposed to be updated of the status 
through Weekly Report provided by us.

Project Execution
Designer and Engineers are supposed to develop the mold and,
if necessary, product concept to meet the needs of customers. Their goal is to 
balance cost, performance and longevity of the mold. Technicians and operators
with good education background and working experience will execute each
process strictly according to our project plan.

QC
QC staff will verify the dimensional, functional and aesthetic quality of each
product throughout the project.
