5S Management
5S Management System originates in Japan and prevails worldwide. We
began to implement 5S management in 1997. In return, we got a well-organized workshop
which benefits us largely.
Up-to-date and Well-maintained & Calibrated Equipment
We keep updating our equipment to improve our capability & capacity. We do not lack advanced
machines on our shop floor. Meanwhile, we also pay enough attention to maintenance and
calibration of these machines. Thus, we can also make best use of them.
Competent Staff
Nearly all of our workers have very good education or training for their job. And, to grasp
ever-changing tendency in the line, we always create chances for them to study outside or
in-house. We often pay their training outside and do training in our own factory.
