Mold Life

We build mold for both low-volume production and high-volume production.
We use prehard steel and aluminum to build mold for low volume production.
We use hardened steel to builds molds which can run more than 1 million cycles.

Haida has established independent quality control and assurance system which controls every procedure including incoming material, mold making, molding, assembly, package, etc.

On-site Mold Maintenance and Storage

Your investments are safe here at Haida. We establish a comprehensive inventory system to track and warehouse your molds. Our experienced mold technicians prepare all molds and plastic parts for storage after each production run.
